Tuesday Night Drawing has arranged a visit to Fat Crow Press in historic Las Vegas, NM. Fat Crow Press is in a historic building, built in 1900 as a saloon. A few years later it became a wool merchant and Mercantile business. In 2021 it was bought by Julie Sola, an artist/printmaker who specializes in linocut printmaking and letterpress printing. She worked, among other places, at the legendary Hatch Show Print (a letterpress print and design shop since 1879) in Nashville, TN. This will be a fun and inspirational field trip, especially if you have an interest in printmaking.

Tuesday Night Drawing Organizer John Tollett and Trouble-Maker Karl Whitaker will rendezvous with you at Fat Crow Press Studio at 1 PM. The studio hours are 11 AM to 5 PM, but you can make your visit a short as you want. After an artful and inspirational visit we’ll find an interesting, nearby bar in which to unwind and socialize before heading back to Santa Fe.
