2025: Looking Up Beyond

The theme for our May 2025 homepage art is Looking Up Beyond. The image, music, and lyrics were created with AI text prompts. The image was created using the Adobe Firefly text-to-video generator. The text prompt used was “show a pencil flying through space with a background of colorful planets and a starry sky.” Several variations were generated before this version was selected.

The music and lyrics were created on the riffusion.com website. The text prompt was “inspirational music, suitable for space exploration, dreams and goals are not out of reach.” Even though only 18 seconds of the song was used for the homepage version, Riffusion created a full 3-minute song, named Looking Up Beyond. The lyrics were surprisingly relevant to the original concept of inspirational goals.

The song below the homepage image, Every Tuesday Night, was also created on the Riffusion web site. The Riffusion lyrics were edited to relate more directly to the Tuesday Night Drawing drawing group.

The AI generation of visual and audio content is not only powerful, it’s fast! Generation of an image or a short video usually takes less than 30 seconds, although you can spend hours creating variations — if you’ve subscribed to a plan that allows a lot of usage per month.
